Toby Mills owns and runs Patchwork Music:

Toby began hisprofessional sound engineering career in the early nineties, since then he has learnt many other skills, and gained a wealth of experience in stage management, tour management and production management, and has completed several health and safety courses. He has toured the world as a sound engineer (and tour manager), which is still his favourite pastime when working with bands he enjoys. His favourite styles of music include world, jazz, folk, dance and various fusions thereof. He also enjoys playing percussion - congas and djembe being his favoured instruments.

Toby has also promoted gigs since the late eighties, programmed series of gigs in venues, and programmed stages at festivals. in 2008 he took over as programmer of the Jazz World stage at Glastonbury Festival. In 2009, Toby also started working as Programme Manager at Liverpool Philharmonic Hall.
